Microsoft Clarity delivers session recordings and heatmaps with no traffic limits and completely free — a rare combination for a tool of this class. Its 'frustration signals' automatically flag rage clicks, dead clicks and abrupt scrolling, so problem spots in the interface surface on their own, without watching hours of video by hand. The data complements Google Analytics well: the numbers show 'how much', Clarity shows 'why'.
