LOVE YOU is a Kyiv jewelry house specializing in gold jewelry. ANIART built an online store that serves three different scenarios at once: retail purchases, corporate orders and a jewelry repair service with status tracking — without overloading the interface for the everyday shopper.
Context: more than just a jewelry store
LOVE YOU is not only retail sales of gold jewelry. The brand actively works with corporate clients (gifts, company merch) and offers a repair service for its pieces. Three different lines of business — and all of them had to live in one convenient online product.
Three audiences with different needs
A retail shopper wants to quickly find and buy a piece. A corporate client thinks in volumes and terms. A service client wants to know what's happening with their item right now. Combining these three scenarios without turning the site into a complex "combine harvester" is the project's main product challenge.
The challenge: three flows in one account
The simple solution — three separate sections — would quickly overload the everyday shopper. So we looked for balance: retail stays light and clear, while corporate orders and service live as separate flows that don't get in the way of the main purchase scenario.
| Line of business | Functionality |
|---|---|
| Retail | Gold jewelry catalog, bonus program, online payment |
| Corporate orders | B2B gifts and merch for companies as a separate flow |
| Service | Jewelry repair with online status tracking |
Approach: one account, different scenarios
We brought the three lines into one client account, but with different scenarios inside. Retail is simple and fast; corporate orders are a separate flow with their own logic; the repair service has end-to-end tracking so the client sees the status and managers don't field "what's happening with my piece?" calls.
- Designed a gold jewelry catalog with filters by type, stones and collections.
- Implemented a bonus program with points earning and redemption.
- Created a separate corporate orders (B2B) flow.
- Built a repair service with item status tracking.
- Connected online payment via LiqPay and provided technical support.
What we built
Catalog with filters
Gold jewelry by type, stones and collections — fast selection.
Bonus program
Points earning and redemption to bring customers back.
B2B orders
A separate flow of corporate gifts and merch for companies.
Repair tracking
The client sees online what stage their item is at.
Architecture and technology
The store runs on a PHP and MySQL stack with online payment via LiqPay. The architecture brings three lines of business into one client account, where retail, corporate sales and service run in parallel without getting in each other's way.
Result
The jewelry house got a single platform for every line of business: retail, corporate sales and service all live in one client account, and repair tracking unburdened the managers. We continue to provide technical support for the project.
